Job summary

KBR Inc. is seeking an Offshore Installation Manager to lead offshore installation and construction activities in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role requires ensuring safe, efficient execution aligned with project requirements and HSE standards, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and offshore contractors.

The OIM will manage offshore activities, SIMOPS, planning and progress reporting, and provide leadership for emergency response and safety engagements across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Marine Engineering or Naval Architecture.
Significant offshore oil & gas construction experience.
Senior offshore leadership experience in Offshore Installation Manager roles.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate offshore installation, construction and marine activities.
Ensure safety and compliance with HSE requirements and regulations.
Provide leadership to offshore teams, contractors and vessel personnel.
Coordinate activities across platforms, structures, pipelines and subsea facilities.
Monitor progress, identify constraints impacting safety, quality or schedule.
Lead offshore emergency response and ensure staff understand procedures.
Report daily/weekly progress to project management.
