Job summary

KBR Abu Dhabi PMC Team is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead all health, safety and environmental activities for a major ADNOC offshore project in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role covers engineering, fabrication, construction, offshore installation and commissioning with contractor HSE oversight.

The position requires strong leadership, RAMS, PTW and incident-investigation skills, plus PMC/client-side and ADNOC Offshore exposure. NEBOSH IGC and offshore certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Proven HSE Manager / Project HSE Manager on offshore EPC projects.
• PMC / Client-side project experience preferred.
• Familiarity with ADNOC Offshore HSE requirements.
• Strong knowledge of RAMS, PTW, SIMOPS, audits and incidents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement the Project HSE Management Program.
• Develop project-specific HSE plans, procedures and programs.
• Ensure ADNOC Offshore HSE requirements and regulatory compliance.
• Provide visible HSE leadership and promote a proactive safety culture.
• Review contractor HSE plans and performance; monitor RAMS.
• Oversee HSE risks for offshore construction, installation and SIMOPS.
• Participate in risk assessments, JSA and PTW activities.
• Lead HSE audits, inspections, investigations and closure actions.
• Prepare HSE performance reports for management and client.
