Job summary

KBR Abu Dhabi PMC Team is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead health, safety and environmental activities for a major ADNOC Offshore project in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role encompasses leadership across engineering, fabrication, construction, offshore installation and commissioning, ensuring compliance with ADNOC requirements and approved HSE plans.

Responsibilities include developing project-specific HSE plans, monitoring KPIs, conducting risk assessments and RAMS, and coordinating with EPC

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Experience as HSE Manager in offshore EPC projects.
• Experience with PMC / client-side environments.
• Knowledge of risk assessment, PTW, RAMS, and incident investigations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement the Project HSE Management Program.
• Develop project-specific HSE plans and procedures.
• Ensure ADNOC Offshore HSE compliance.
• Provide HSE leadership across engineering, fabrication, construction, and commissioning.
• Lead HSE audits, incident investigations and corrective actions.
