Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking an HSE Specialist to provide expert HSE leadership for the ADNOC Lower Zakum project in Abu Dhabi. The role covers offshore installation, hook-up, commissioning, and operations with a focus on ADNOC HSE standards and UAE regulations.

Responsibilities include leading HAZID/HAZOP, risk assessments, audits, PTW compliance, and incident investigations, while delivering HSE training and promoting a strong safety culture offshore.

Qualifications

• Minimum a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Safety.
• NEBOSH International Diploma or IGC.
• IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent.
• Lead Auditor certification (ISO 45001 preferred).
• Additional certifications in Incident Investigation or Process Safety advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead HSE management and compliance activities for offshore ADNOC project.
• Review contractor HSE plans, risk assessments and PTW.
• Conduct HAZID/HAZOP, JSA and risk assessments.
• Monitor site activities such as lifting, hot work, and confined space.
• Coordinate incident investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Deliver HSE induction programs and toolbox talks.
