Job summary

Penspen International Limited seeks a seasoned Senior Construction Lead to oversee oil & gas construction activities in the UAE, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to project standards. You will coordinate with engineering, procurement, contractors, and site teams to drive progress and resolve on-site challenges.

The role requires 15 to 18+ years in Oil & Gas construction, with a strong offshore background and familiarity with PMC/EPC norms. Prior ADNOC project exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• 15 to 18+ years of Oil & Gas construction experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a lead role.
• Offshore experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise construction activities for oil & gas projects.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and project standards.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, contractors, and site teams.
• Monitor construction progress, schedules, and budgets.
• Resolve technical and construction issues at site.
• Review and approve construction plans, methods, and work packages.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to project specifications.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Support project completion, testing, commissioning, and handover.
