Ejadah is seeking an experienced Senior Officer - Maintenance to supervise and coordinate maintenance activities for industrial laundry production and utility equipment. The role focuses on maximizing equipment availability, preventive and corrective maintenance, safety, and minimising downtime.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of maintenance experience in industrial laundry, hospitality or process plant environment.
• Hands-on experience with industrial laundry equipment and utility systems.
• Strong knowledge of Automation, PLC and SCADA systems.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering.
• Boiler Certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and coordinate multi-disciplinary technicians across Mechanical, Electrical and Automation/PLC disciplines.
• Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities with minimal disruption to operations.
• Ensure technicians are appropriately trained, certified and compliant with safety requirements.
• Monitor equipment performance and ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with vendors, OEMs and AMC service providers for maintenance and technical support.
• Support equipment commissioning, upgrades and improvement activities.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, equipment logs and asset registers.
• Monitor and report key maintenance indicators including downtime, MTTR, PPM completion and recurring faults.
• Prepare daily and weekly maintenance performance reports for the Chief Engineer.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and safe working practices.
