Job summary

Ejadah is seeking an experienced Industrial Kitchen & Laundry Technician to join our UAE team. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on all kitchen and laundry equipment and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control faults.

Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, maintaining equipment to ensure uptime, and following safety procedures while using CMMS/CAFM systems as needed. A Diploma/ITI in a relevant field is required with 3–5 years UAE experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ITI in Electrical, Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in commercial or industrial kitchen and laundry equipment maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of electrical troubleshooting, mechanical repairs, equipment diagnostics, wiring diagrams and preventive maintenance.

• Coordinate maintenance schedules, shutdowns, and repair works with clients and facility management teams.
• Provide 24/7 emergency support when required and ensure maximum equipment uptime and operational efficiency.

We are looking for an experienced Industrial Kitchen & Laundry Technician to join our team in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of all industrial kitchen and laundry equipment.
2. Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, mechanical, and control system faults.
3. Maintain ovens, cookers, fryers, dishwashers, refrigerators, freezers, walk in chillers and other kitchen equipment.
4. Maintain washing machines, dryers, ironers, steam presses, and other laundry equipment.
5. Inspect and service motors, heaters, thermostats, belts, bearings, and safety devices.
6. Respond to equipment breakdowns and emergency maintenance calls within SLA requirements.
7. Carry out routine inspections and performance testing to ensure equipment reliability.
8. Replace defective parts and components using approved and genuine spare parts.
9. Coordinate with OEMs and suppliers for specialized repairs and technical support.
10. Prepare service reports, maintenance records, inspection checklists, and asset condition reports.
11. Follow Permit-to-Work (PTW), LOTO, and all HSE safety requirements during maintenance activities.
12. Ensure proper housekeeping and maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
13. Assist in asset surveys, equipment audits, and updating maintenance records in CMMS/CAFM systems.
14. Coordinate maintenance schedules, shutdowns, and repair works with clients and facility management teams.
15. Provide 24/7 emergency support when required and ensure maximum equipment uptime and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ITI in Electrical, Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in commercial or industrial kitchen and laundry equipment maintenance
