Job summary

The American University of Ras Al Khaimah (AURAK) is seeking a dedicated professional to manage the university's work experience and internship program, identify quality opportunities, and coordinate placements for students.

The role involves developing and maintaining relationships with employers, industry partners, and professional organizations, and supporting career development activities, workshops, and career fairs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in partnerships, industry relations, or career services.
• Experience coordinating internships or employer engagement.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AI tools.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Education, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in partnerships, industry relations, or career services
• Demonstrable experience in internship/work experience coordination or employer engagement
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and AI tools
• Fluent in English and Arabic
