The American University of Ras Al Khaimah (AURAK) seeks an Alumni Engagement Coordinator to lead initiatives connecting students, alumni and employers on campus in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.

You will develop programs, manage records, organize events, and provide career guidance, CV and interview prep, while building relationships with industry partners.

This role emphasizes strong communication, bilingual English and Arabic fluency, and collaboration with university stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Education, or Liberal Arts.
• Minimum 2 years post-degree professional work experience.
• Experience in customer-facing organizational settings.
• Proven understanding of Higher Education.
• Experience working with students, alumni and employers.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
