Responsibilities

• Represent exclusive off-plan projects across Dubai's prime locations.
• Build and manage relationships with developers, investors, and end-users.
• Conduct project presentations, site visits, and investment consultations.
• Stay updated on launches, pricing, plans, and incentives.
• Manage leads using the CRM system.
• Negotiate deals and guide clients through booking, documentation, and closing.
• Provide market insights on ROI and exit strategies.
• Maintain accurate client and deal records per RERA/UAE regulations.

The Role

This is a commission-only role designed for motivated professionals who want uncapped earnings, premium developer access, and consistent lead flow. You'll act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through high value investment decisions while building a strong personal brand in Dubai's off-plan sector.

What You'll Do

• Represent exclusive off-plan projects across Dubai's prime locations
• Build and manage strong relationships with developers, investors, and end-users
• Conduct project presentations, site visits, and investment consultations
• Stay updated on new launches, pricing strategies, payment plans, and incentives
• Manage leads efficiently using our advanced CRM system
• Negotiate deals and guide clients through booking, documentation, and closing
• Provide market insights on ROI, capital appreciation, and exit strategies
• Maintain accurate client and deal records in line with RERA and UAE regulations

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in real estate sales, off-plan, or investment advisory (Dubai experience preferred)
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach
• Organized, self-motivated, and target-focused
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is an advantage
• RERA Certification preferred or willingness to obtain
