Job summary

Mediclinic Airport Road Hospital in Abu Dhabi, UAE, seeks an experienced senior nurse leader to coordinate clinical and non‑clinical resources and oversee safe, quality patient care across shifts. Qualifications

• Essential: Bachelor of Nursing from a recognised Nursing Institute.
• Desirable: Master of Science in Nursing or related Healthcare field.
• Essential: 3-5 years senior nursing experience, preferably in a private hospital.
• Experience as Duty Manager/Shift In Charge/Nursing Supervisor in a hospital setting within an acute care Hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide managerial and leadership guidance to multidisciplinary team to ensure quality and safe patient care during shift.
• Activate, co-ordinate and manage all clinical or non-clinical emergencies.
• Provide operational guidance and support in the absence of Unit Manager or Head of Department.
• Achieve the clinical quality according to set policies and procedures.
• Ensure positive patient experiences by developing employees and creating an environment that contributes to team engagement.
