Qualifications
- Master of Science in Midwifery/Nursing or related Healthcare field.
- Essential: 3-5 years’ senior midwifery experience, preferably in a private hospital.
- Desired: 5-10 years senior midwifery experience, including high-volume Labour and Delivery management.
Responsibilities
- Lead the midwifery/nursing team with strong leadership.
- Ensure evidence-based patient care per clinical standards.
- Foster positive patient experiences through team development.
- Manage resources for cost-efficient, safe care.
- Ensure compliance with legislative, regulatory and clinical standards.
- Lead obstetric emergency preparedness and response.
- Plan capacity, staffing and patient flow to meet demand.
