Job summary

Client of Alpha Data Recruitment seeks an experienced network security professional to design and secure the multi-site healthcare network in Dubai. You will protect clinical systems, medical devices and patient data while maintaining high availability for 24/7 hospital operations.

Responsibilities include deploying firewalls, implementing 802.1X/NAC, and enforcing zero-trust principles across IoMT, guest and corporate zones, with incident response using SIEM/SOC tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 9–10 years in network security, incl. 3+ years in healthcare/regulatory environments.
• Hands-on with NGFW, Cisco/Aruba switching, 802.1X/NAC, SIEM/EDR.
• Strong TCP/IP, BGP/OSPF, VPN, PKI, and zero-trust knowledge.
• Experience securing medical devices and legacy clinical systems.

Responsibilities

• Design implement and secure the network infrastructure of a multi-site healthcare organization
• Protect clinical systems medical devices and patient data while keeping availability high for 24 7 hospital operations
• Design deploy and manage firewalls Palo Alto Fortinet Check Point IPS IDS WAF VPN and NAC across the hospital and clinic sites
• Architect network segmentation for clinical IoMT medical device guest and corporate zones
• Monitor and respond to security incidents using SIEM SOC tools lead root-cause analysis
• Run vulnerability assessments and coordinate penetration tests and remediation
• Ensure compliance with DHA UAE IA NESA ADHICS where applicable HIPAA ISO 27001 and JCI requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT or related field
• 9 10 years in network security, with at least 3 years in healthcare or a regulated environment
• Hands-on with NGFW, Cisco/Aruba switching and routing, 802.1X/NAC (Cisco ISE, Aruba ClearPass), SIEM and EDR
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, BGP/OSPF, VPN, PKI and zero-trust principles
• Experience securing medical devices and legacy clinical systems
