The team's scope includes long-term network topology and strategic planning for emerging countries such as Mexico, Brazil, Australia, the Middle East, Turkey, South Africa, Singapore, and additional countries.

As a team player, you will collaborate with top Supply Chain professionals, Tech teams worldwide, Engineers, Operations Managers, Finance partners, and business leaders across continents to design optimal Supply Chain network solutions, aiming to resolve conflicting objectives and enhance customer experience cost-effectively. The role involves working with cross-functional teams across countries to define requirements, develop Fulfillment Center (FC) topology and network solutions, and manage project timelines. Additionally, you'll work closely with Global Engineering Services, Design Engineers, PMO, and tech teams to optimize capacity creation and expand emerging countries' FC networks.

Regular communication with senior management regarding status, risks, opportunities, and change management is essential. Strong stakeholder management, critical thinking, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment are required. Successful candidates will dive deep into information sources, collaborate with engineering, technology, operations, and finance teams to iterate and deliver solutions, and drive strategic initiatives and best practices adoption.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Leading network planning and capacity design projects with cross-functional teams focused on network expansion, cost optimization, and speed goals.
  2. Gathering requirements from multiple partners to develop long-term solutions for a 3-5 year planning horizon.
  3. Driving long-term initiatives, removing bottlenecks, creating scalable mechanisms, and influencing process improvements using Supply Chain expertise.
  4. Effectively influencing stakeholders without direct authority through clear communication and regular updates.
  5. Identifying process gaps and opportunities, benchmarking best practices, and implementing improvements in emerging markets.
  6. Contributing to capacity design process standardization and developing innovative solutions for emerging countries.
  7. Traveling approximately 25% annually to connect with local partners and learn operations.

About the team:
The team focuses on optimizing multiyear, multiechelon network topology and Supply Chain planning for nine emerging countries, including Mexico, Brazil, Australia, Middle East, Turkey, South Africa, and Singapore, with plans for further expansion.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, 7 years in Supply Chain Network Capacity planning and long-term planning, 5 years of program strategy ownership and leadership, stakeholder management experience, advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and strong communication abilities. A Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or Operations Management is preferred. Additional skills include experience with Six Sigma/Lean, statistical data analysis, network modeling, operational excellence, SQL/Python, BI tools like Tableau/Power BI, and knowledge of FC and transportation network operations. The ability to operate strategically and tactically in a dynamic environment, with a bias for action, is essential.
