Job summary

Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company PJSC is seeking a senior Service Operations domain risk advisor to plan and drive evaluation, onboarding and governance of new networks. You will coordinate risk assessments, manage vendors, and ensure regulatory compliance while aligning with the yearly plan.

The role requires 10–15 years in telecom/hi-tech, ISO/TL9000 and ITIL experience, with strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in computer, electrical, network Engineering or IT (any telecom equivalent).
• 10-15 years of experience in telecommunications / hi-tech industry.
• ISO/TL9000 Framework and ITIL Framework experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute evaluation and boarding activities for new networks to align with Yearly Plan.
• Lead governance, vendor management and risk reviews across Service Operations.
• Define and enforce SLAs and service standards for the unit in line with business objectives.
• Coordinate Security Risk Assessments and risk management reviews with security teams.
• Support internal audits and organizational projects to improve processes and outcomes.
