Job summary

DU in Dubai seeks an experienced leader to oversee Service Operations, planning, evaluation, and onboarding of networks, with a focus on risk mitigation and regulatory compliance.

You will coordinate security risk assessments, manage vendor relationships, and drive improvements across governance, finance, and performance in a multi-national setting.

Minimum 10–15 years in telecom hi-tech, Bachelor degree in engineering/IT, and familiarity with ISO TL9000 and ITIL are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in computer, electrical, network engineering or IT; telecom equivalent.
• 10–15 years of experience in telecommunications hi-tech industry.
• ISO TL9000 Framework familiarity and ITIL experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead large transformation projects and programs across Service Operations.
• Oversee evaluation and onboarding of new network assets.
• Coordinate security risk assessments and risk management reviews.
• Negotiate with key partners and manage vendor governance.
