Job summary

Vertiv is seeking an experienced .NET professional to architect and build enterprise applications in a senior capacity. The role emphasizes ownership of full delivery, including design, development, testing, deployment, and production support in a manufacturing/enterprise environment.

The ideal candidate will lead a team, enforce coding standards, and collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve systems, while leveraging REST APIs and ERP integrations.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of hands-on .NET development experience (C#, ASP.NET MVC) in production environments.
• Strong SQL Server skills — schema design, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
• Solid understanding of clean architecture, design patterns, and ORM frameworks (Entity Framework, Dapper).
• Experience leading or mentoring developers within a structured SDLC environment.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop .NET applications (C#, ASP.NET MVC) following clean architecture and SOLID principles.
• Build and maintain REST APIs and integrations with enterprise and ERP systems.
• Own full delivery — from design and development through testing, deployment, and production support.
• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot production systems to ensure stability and uptime.
• Mentor team members and enforce coding standards, documentation, and sign-off processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and continuously improve existing systems.
• Contribute to internal tooling, automation, and process improvement initiatives.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and manage deliverables with ownership and accountability.
