Job summary

GR8_TECH is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to design and implement scalable, resilient .NET architectures. You will build microservices, apply event-driven patterns, and ensure cloud-native readiness in a remote-first, fast-growing team.

You will mentor juniors, drive code quality through reviews and testing, collaborate across business units, and explore new technologies to boost performance.

Qualifications

• Experience designing scalable .NET architectures (microservices, event-driven).
• Advanced C# skills with DDD and CQRS experience.
• SQL optimization, data modeling, and NoSQL experience.
• Hands-on with Kafka, high-load systems, and distributed computing.
• CI/CD, Docker and Kubernetes experience.
• Strong testing discipline with xUnit/NUnit.
• English upper-intermediate+ and Ukrainian/Russian at B2+ level.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable software architectures using microservices and event-driven approaches
• Write, test, and debug complex code for new and existing applications
• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, security, and adherence to best practices
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior engineers and team members
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align development efforts with business goals
• Research and implement new technologies to improve software performance
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation
