Job summary

Systems Limited - Middle East & Africa (Techvista) seeks a Dynamics 365 CRM specialist to lead end-to-end delivery of CRM solutions and integrations on-premise. You will coordinate across Agile squads, collaborate with PMs, Scrum Masters, and stakeholders to capture and refine requirements, and drive testing and production handovers.

You will design custom entities, plugins, workflows, and security models, and build integrations with REST APIs, SOAP, and middleware.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering Dynamics 365 CRM solutions (on-prem) across multiple domains.
• Proficiency integrating enterprise systems via REST APIs, SOAP, middleware, Windows Services, and WCF.
• Hands-on with Dynamics 365 custom entities, plugins, workflows, business rules, and web resources.

Job description

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions and integrations across multiple business domains.


• Manage and deliver solutions and strategic business projects, coordinating across multiple Agile squads.


• Collaborate with Project Managers, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and business stakeholders to gather, groom, and assess requirements.


• Work closely with QA, UAT, and Regression teams to support testing phases and ensure timely defect resolution.


• Support production operations, including handovers and root cause analysis (RCA) for critical production issues.


• Mentor junior team members, resolve technical issues, and deliver platform/domain training sessions.


• Design and implement custom entities, plugins, workflows, business rules, and web resources within Dynamics 365 CRM.


• Develop and maintain integrations with third-party systems and middleware using REST APIs, SOAP and WCF.


• Design performance dashboards, custom order journeys, and role-based access solutions to support business operations.
