Job summary

DuPod is seeking a Project Manager to lead modular construction projects across the UAE. You will plan, coordinate, and deliver from design through handover, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.

This role requires close collaboration with Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, QA/QC, and clients. A Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field with 10+ years of PM experience is required; PMP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
• Experience managing large-scale/modular construction projects; PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead modular construction projects from initiation to handover.
• Develop execution plans, schedules, budgets and resource plans.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Design, Manufacturing, Procurement and Site teams to meet milestones.
• Monitor progress, mitigate risks, delays and issues.
• Manage client relationships as primary point of contact.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, specs, regulatory standards.
• Oversee budgets, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Review drawings and docs to align with objectives.
• Conduct progress meetings and provide detailed reports.
