Job summary

BalticBA is seeking an experienced MLRO/Deputy MLRO to lead its AML/CTF/PF framework across UAE operations in Dubai. The role requires strong UAE regulatory expertise and strategic input to the Board on financial crime risks.

The successful candidate will oversee policies and controls, manage risk assessments, and liaise with regulators such as the Central Bank of UAE and VARA. Experience in digital assets is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of AML/Compliance experience in a regulated environment.
• Experience with UAE AML/CTF/PF regimes and regulators preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence at Board level.

Responsibilities

• Act as MLRO/Deputy MLRO for UAE operations and supervise AML programs.
• Maintain relationships with UAE regulators (Central Bank, VARA, etc.).
• Develop and manage risk assessments and regulatory updates for the Board.
