CMC Markets Middle East Limited is seeking a Senior Compliance Analyst to support the CO MLRO in maintaining the compliance framework under UAE DFSA DIFC laws and group policies. The role acts as deputy to the CO MLRO across compliance and financial crime matters and supports the AML/KYC Associate.

The role covers advisory, monitoring, regulatory reporting, and policy development for professional clients and UAE regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

3–5 years of compliance experience in a DFSA-regulated environment.
Solid understanding of conduct, AML, and financial crime controls.
Experience with regulatory reporting and monitoring activities.
Ability to advise clearly and challenge processes when needed.

Responsabilités

Act as first point of contact for compliance queries and provide practical advice.
Advise on DFSA Rulebook application and review policies for compliance.
Maintain compliance registers including breaches, conflicts and gifts.
Provide day-to-day guidance to AML/KYC staff and perform QA on files.
Own the regulatory reporting calendar and prepare DFSA submissions.
Monitor and test controls, and track remediation with the business.
Oversee client classification, including Professional Client assessments.
Draft and maintain compliance policies and manuals.
