Revolut Ltd in Dubai is seeking a Deputy Money Laundering Reporting Officer (Crypto) to lead second line of defence in a fast-paced fintech environment. The role focuses on proactively overseeing FinCrime controls around crypto products.

You will design oversight, update policies, monitor crypto-related FinCrime risks, and collaborate with 2LoD/1LoD teams to implement robust compliance across product launches and day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in FinCrime (AML/CTF and sanctions) across retail and business customers.
• Understanding of crypto products and crypto risk.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update FinCrime policies globally and locally.
• Assist senior management in defining standards for financial crime risk.
• Provide 2LoD/1LoD support with product launches, procedures and systems.
• Ensure FinCrime risks are addressed in day-to-day operations.
• Support FinCrime training for employees.
• Participate in FinCrime governance committees to challenge initiative owners and propose solutions.
• Establish and review dashboards to identify risk areas needing investigation.
• Prepare reports for senior management, group committees and the Board.
