Job summary

Bybit is seeking a Senior MLRO & Compliance Officer to lead regulatory and financial crime functions for its ADGM-licensed RIE and RCH entities. The role requires deep expertise in exchange and clearing house regulation, market integrity, and FSRA frameworks.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior compliance and/or financial crime experience.
• Strong UAE/ADGM regulatory credibility with market infrastructure exposure.
• Experience engaging with the FSRA or equivalent regulators.
• Ability to manage compliance across two entities within a unified framework.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and oversee the compliance function for RIE and RCH across ADGM-licensed entities.
• Lead AML/CFT/sanctions programmes and regulatory reporting to the Board.
• Advise on market products, trading rules, and clearing arrangements for regulatory alignment.
• Collaborate with Legal, Risk, Technology and Operations to embed compliance across operating models.
• Liaise with FSRA and regulators; ensure remediation of findings.
