Job summary

Bybit Limited is seeking a senior MLRO and Compliance Officer to lead the compliance and financial crime function for its ADGM-licensed Recognised Investment Exchange (RIE) and Recognised Clearing House (RCH). The role covers both Compliance Officer and MLRO duties across market infrastructure entities, requiring deep regulatory expertise.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of significant senior compliance and/or financial crime experience within regulated financial services environments.
• Strong working knowledge of FSRA Rules, FSMR, MIR, and the ADGM AML Rulebook.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and oversee the compliance function for RIE and RCH.
• Lead AML/CFT/sanctions programme and oversee SAR/STR processes.
• Advise the Board on regulatory matters and ensure risk-based controls across two entities.
• Collaborate with Legal, Risk, Technology, and Operations to embed compliance in operating models.
