Job summary

Bybit is seeking a senior MLRO & Compliance Officer to lead the compliance and financial crime function for our ADGM-licensed Recognised Investment Exchange (RIE) and Recognised Clearing House (RCH) entities. This role combines Compliance Officer and MLRO responsibilities across market infrastructure with regulatory expertise in FSRA rules and crypto-specific regimes.

Qualifications

10+ years of senior compliance or financial crime experience.
Strong knowledge of FSRA Rules, FSMR, MIR, and ADGM AML Rulebook.
Understanding of RIE and RCH regulatory obligations and market infrastructure.
Experience supporting regulatory authorisations or supervised entity setup.
Experience engaging with FSRA or equivalent regulator on market infrastructure matters.
Ability to manage compliance across two related entities within a unified framework.
Strong judgement and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Design and oversee the compliance function for RIE and RCH.
Develop and maintain AML/CFT policies, risk assessments, and monitoring programmes.
Advise the Board and senior management on regulatory matters.
Conduct regular reviews, testing, and gap analyses across entities.
Liaise with FSRA on regulatory matters and ensure remediation of findings.
Embed compliance requirements across operating models with legal and risk teams.
