Job summary

Bybit is seeking a senior MLRO & Compliance Officer to lead the AML/CFT and compliance program for our ADGM‑licensed RIE and RCH, combining the Compliance Officer and MLRO functions across market infrastructure. The role requires deep regulatory expertise under FSRA regimes.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in senior compliance or financial crime roles within UAE regulators or markets, strong UAE/ADGM credibility, and proven ability to implement scalable controls across dual entities and liaise

Qualifications

10+ years of senior compliance/financial crime experience.
Strong knowledge of FSRA Rules, FSMR, MIR and the ADGM AML Rulebook.
Experience engaging with regulators and overseeing dual-entity operations.
Ability to design scalable compliance frameworks across market infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and oversee the FSRA-compliant compliance program and monitoring for RIE and RCH.
Liaise with FSRA and other authorities; report findings and ensure timely remediation.
Lead AML/CFT program, SAR/STR handling, and risk assessments for virtual asset exchange and clearing house.
Provide independent compliance advice to the Board and senior management; escalate material issues.
