Job summary

Qualifications
- BEng/MEng in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- 7+ years' experience in construction methods, temporary works or planning.
- Experience with high-rise and major building projects; Synchro/4D planning familiarity.
Responsibilities
- Develop construction methodologies for major building projects.
- Lead sequencing strategies with 2D/3D planning and 4D simulations.
- Drive site logistics planning, crane/hoist selection and plant studies.
- Coordinate temporary works requirements and interfaces.
- Identify buildability challenges and value-engineering opportunities.
- Provide technical support to live projects and resolve complex challenges.
- Lead and review work of junior engineers and technicians.
- Collaborate with leadership to deliver cost-effective construction solutions.
