Ginco Electrical & Sanitary Contracting Co. LLC (GESCO) is seeking an experienced MEP Planner in the UAE to develop baseline and detailed schedules for mechanical, electrical and plumbing works, using Primavera P6.

You will track progress, prepare reports and S-curves, coordinate with site teams and assist with EOT claims, ensuring on-time project delivery.

Requirements include 6+ years UAE/GCC experience, proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project, and a Mechanical/Electrical Engineering degree.

Qualifications

6+ years UAE/GCC experience in MEP planning.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
Strong understanding of MEP construction sequencing and dependencies.
Experience preparing progress reports, S-curves and look-ahead schedules.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Responsibilities

Develop baseline and detailed MEP construction schedules using Primavera P6.
Track actual progress against planned schedules and highlight delays.
Prepare progress reports, S-curves and look-ahead schedules for management review.
Coordinate with site and technical teams to ensure schedule dependencies are captured.
Support preparation of extension of time (EOT) claims where applicable.
Maintain accurate planning documentation throughout the project lifecycle
