Job summary

GINCO Cont. Co. LLC is seeking a senior Construction Planner to lead detailed project scheduling and progress tracking in the UAE, coordinating with site and technical teams to keep projects on track.

With 8+ years UAE/GCC experience in construction planning, you will use Primavera P6 and MS Project to prepare schedules, monitor baselines and variances, generate S-curves, and assist with EOT documentation.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years UAE/GCC experience in construction planning.
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Solid understanding of civil construction sequencing.
• Experience preparing progress reports and look-ahead schedules.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Track actual progress against baseline and highlight variances.
• Prepare progress reports, S-curves and look-ahead schedules.
• Coordinate with site and technical teams to capture schedule dependencies.
• Support preparation of extension of time (EOT) documentation.
