Job summary

Al Rostamani Group in Dubai is seeking a Planning Engineer - MEP to lead scheduling, cost control, and risk management for large scale mechanical, electrical, and plumbing projects. You will develop detailed Primavera P6 schedules, monitor progress, coordinate with design and construction teams, and produce weekly and monthly reports for stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in engineering, 5+ years in planning for MEP, and Primavera/P6 certification; PMP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of planning and scheduling experience in MEP for construction projects.
• Certifications in Primavera P6 and/or PMP are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive project schedules in Primavera P6 covering MEP installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and construction teams to ensure accurate activity sequencing.
• Monitor MEP progress against milestones and timelines.
• Prepare status reports for senior management and stakeholders, highlighting risks and mitigation measures.
