Job summary

Freesia Electromechanical Works Contracting is seeking an experienced MEP Planning Engineer to join our UAE-based team. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering and 7–8 years in MEP planning and project controls, with strong Primavera P6/MS Project skills.

You will prepare baseline programmes, monitor progress, and produce regular progress reports, recovery plans, and delay analyses while coordinating with project, engineering, procurement and construction teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 7–8 years of experience in MEP planning and project controls.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
• Prepare and maintain baseline programmes, schedules, progress updates and look-ahead plans.
• UAE/GCC experience preferred.

• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports, recovery programmes and delay analysis.
• Coordinate with project, engineering, procurement and construction teams.
• UAE/GCC experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of MEP construction activities and project scheduling.
