Job summary

Waagner Biro Bridge Services in the UAE is seeking an experienced MEP Manager with at least 15 years in infrastructure projects. You will lead and manage all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works, including utility networks, street lighting, pumping stations, drainage, sewerage, and water networks.

You will coordinate with construction, engineering, and client teams, review drawings and specifications, and ensure timely, on-budget delivery while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in MEP infrastructure projects.
• Experience with roads, bridges, utilities, pumping stations, street lighting, drainage, sewerage, and water networks.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, project management, and authority requirements.
• Experience working on UAE/GCC infrastructure projects is preferred.
• A valid UAE Driving License

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all MEP activities on infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate MEP works with construction, engineering, and client teams.
• Review drawings, technical submittals, method statements, and project specifications.
• Monitor project progress and ensure works are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage subcontractors and site teams.
• Coordinate with utility authorities and consultants.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project requirements.
• Support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
• Attend project meetings and provide regular progress updates.
