Senior MEP Manager — Infrastructure Projects

Job summary

Egis Group is seeking an experienced MEP Manager to lead and manage all mechanical, electrical and plumbing works on infrastructure projects in the UAE. The candidate should bring 15+ years of MEP infrastructure expertise, including utilities, street lighting, pumping stations and drainage networks.

Responsibilities include coordinating with construction teams, reviewing technical submittals, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining quality and safety standards across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in MEP infrastructure projects.
• Experience with roads, bridges, utilities, pumping stations, street lighting, drainage, sewerage and water networks.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, project management and authority requirements.
• Experience working on UAE/GCC infrastructure projects is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and coordination skills.
• A valid UAE Driving License.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all MEP activities on infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate MEP works with construction engineering and client teams.
• Review drawings, technical submittals, method statements and project specifications.
• Monitor project progress and ensure works are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage subcontractors and site teams.
• Coordinate with utility authorities and consultants.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and project requirements.
• Support testing, commissioning and project handover activities.
• Attend project meetings and provide regular progress updates.
