Job summary

You will lead maintenance teams, manage budgets, assess risks, and drive process improvements to ensure reliability and longevity of assets.

This senior role requires 15+ years in infrastructure maintenance, strong project management skills, and proficiency in budgeting, reporting, and safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in infrastructure maintenance operations with a proven track record.
• Strong project management skills with proficiency in relevant software and tools.
• In-depth knowledge of infrastructure maintenance systems and best practices.
• Experience in budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation.
• Excellent risk assessment and mitigation skills.
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in performance monitoring and reporting.
• Professional certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP) or Facilities Management preferred.
• Experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects desirable.
• Must be willing to work on night shifts.

Responsibilities
