Waagner Biro Bridge Services seeks a qualified Planning Engineer to manage large-scale Etihad Rail Bridge and Infrastructure projects in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in engineering with at least 7 years of experience, including 5 years in a similar role on UAE projects and involvement in at least 2 Dubai projects in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities include preparing and updating detailed schedules with Primavera P6 (MS Project optional), tracking progress, analyzing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with minimum 7 years of experience in planning/controls.
• Minimum 5 years in the proposed role on similar size/complexity projects in UAE.
• Involvement in at least 2 Dubai projects in the last 5 years.
• Strong English language skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Office Suite.

Responsabilités

• Develop, update, and monitor detailed project schedules from mobilization to handover.
• Full planning skills including cost-loaded and resource-loaded programmes, change log, KPI, EOTs.
• Coordinate with site engineers, procurement, and subcontractors to align with the baseline schedule.
• Prepare look-ahead programmes, progress reports, mitigation and recovery plans.
• Analyze critical path, float, and resource allocation to optimize timelines.
