Job summary

Arada seeks an experienced MEP Manager for the Special Projects department to lead end-to-end MEP management on high-end, fast-track developments in the UAE. You will ensure efficient design, regulatory compliance, and high-quality execution from concept through handover.

The role requires 8–10 years in MEP management with fast-track experience and strong coordination with DEWA/SEWA/FEWA authorities, consultants, and contractors. On-site responsibilities and rigorous QA/QC are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 8–10 years of MEP management experience with fast-track fit-out projects.
• Deep familiarity with UAE codes and DEWA/SEWA/FEWA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Construction & Design Management and design reviews at milestones.
• Lead MEP tender packages and bid evaluations.
• Coordinate authority approvals with UAE authorities (DEWA/SEWA/FEWA).
• Review contractor shop drawings and material submittals.
• Oversee QA/QC on-site and oversee testing & commissioning.
• Manage MEP aspects from design to handover to operations.
