Job summary

Ejadah Asset Management Group LLC in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced MEP Supervisor with a strong electrical or mechanical engineering background to manage all MEP maintenance across facilities, ensuring efficiency, safety, and service excellence.

You will lead a team, coordinate with clients and vendors, ensure compliance with HSE and permit-to-work, and drive energy-efficiency initiatives while maintaining accurate records and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of Facilities Management experience.
• 2–3 years in a supervisory role managing MEP maintenance activities.
• Knowledge of HVAC, Chillers, Pumps, Electrical, ELV, Fire Fighting, BMS and Plumbing systems.
• Strong understanding of preventive and reactive maintenance, asset management and FM operations.
• Experience in commercial, residential, hospitality, healthcare, or mixed-use developments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day MEP maintenance across facilities including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and building systems.
• Ensure preventive, predictive, and corrective tasks meet SLA & KPI requirements.
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate timely repairs to minimize downtime.
• Lead and train a multidisciplinary team of technicians and engineers.
• Coordinate with clients, FM Managers, subcontractors and vendors to plan activities.
• Maintain maintenance records, reports and CMMS/CAFM data accuracy.
