Al-Futtaim Real Estate seeks a Senior MEP Manager to lead mechanical, electrical and public health engineering activities across the full project lifecycle—from design development through testing, commissioning and handover.

You will ensure compliance with codes and regulatory requirements while coordinating with the Project Director, consultants, contractors and authorities to deliver safe, high‑quality projects.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering or related discipline.
• 20+ years of relevant experience in major building/infrastructure projects, preferably in museum.
• Experience in managing MEP delivery on large-scale, complex projects.
• Strong understanding of UAE regulations and energy efficiency requirements.

Aufgaben

• Lead MEP activities across the project lifecycle from concept to handover.
• Coordinate MEP with architecture and other disciplines; review design submissions and calculations.
• Provide technical leadership to project teams, consultants, and contractors.
• Manage authorities approvals and ensure compliance with UAE regulations and standards.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover strategies for MEP systems.
• Support sustainability objectives including energy performance requirements.
