Dubai Holding is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineering Lead to oversee HVAC, public health, plumbing, and building services across flagship projects. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering; Master's preferred.
• 12-15 years in major real estate or infrastructure developments.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior management or discipline leadership role.
• Proven experience managing consultants and contractors through design, construction, testing, commissioning and handover.
• Strong knowledge of UAE authority requirements, mechanical codes, sustainability standards, BIM coordination, and commissioning practices.

Responsabilités

• Lead the delivery and governance of all mechanical disciplines across projects.
• Oversee HVAC, public health, plumbing, drainage, fire protection, district cooling, controls, and building management systems.
• Review and approve mechanical design deliverables, BIM models, IFC packages, shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
• Drive value engineering, technical due diligence, constructability reviews, and lifecycle cost optimization.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, authority requirements, international codes, and fire & life-safety standards.
• Monitor consultant and contractor performance and manage technical, quality, cost, and programme risks.
• Lead site inspections, technical audits, testing, commissioning, authority inspections, and project handover activities.
• Manage technical variations, procurement evaluations, claims support, and commercial considerations.
• Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams while driving technical excellence and operational performance.
