Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 6+ years' experience with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including site inspections and drawings reviews. Strong communication and English are essential; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design; 6+ years of MEP experience.
• Experience reviewing drawings, specifications, method statements, and material submittals.
• Strong knowledge of local authority regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in reviewing civil designs and providing optimal engineering solutions for all projects.
• Ensuring MEP designs are reviewed and providing optimal engineering solutions for all projects.
• Ensuring all communications are documented in accordance with SOP requirements.
• Managing work practices and supervision to ensure completion of work within deadlines.
• Managing site activities at the project level by closely monitoring work quality.
• Attending coordination meetings to identify gaps and delays in line with the project programme.
• Providing feedback on work completion percentages based on measurements to support invoice verification.
