Job summary

Confidential in Dubai seeks an experienced MEP Inspector to conduct daily onsite inspections of HVAC, fire, plumbing, and electrical installations, ensuring compliance with approved drawings and Dubai Municipality standards.

The role involves reviewing contractor method statements, ITPs, and inspection requests, maintaining comprehensive records, and coordinating with project teams to resolve issues and support handover.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant MEP inspection experience in UAE.
• Experience with high-rise, mixed-use, villa communities, or commercial developments.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily onsite inspections to verify compliance with drawings and specs.
• Witness testing and commissioning of MEP systems.
• Review contractor method statements, ITPs, and inspection requests.
• Maintain inspection records, snag lists, and non-conformance reports.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and design teams to resolve issues.
• Support close-out documentation and handover processes.
