MNC Engineering LLC in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Senior MEP Estimation / QS Engineer to join the team. The role focuses on accurate cost estimates, tender submissions, and budget monitoring for successful project delivery.

Immediate joining is preferred. Candidates with strong MEP estimation and QS background, and proficiency in PlanSwift/CostX will be prioritized. On-site work in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years of MEP estimation or QS experience in UAE/GCC.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel and Estimation/QS software like PlanSwift or CostX.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, cost estimates, and tender submissions.
• Review tender documents and drawings; perform rate analyses.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations, VOs and claims.
• Monitor budgets and maintain estimation databases.
• Coordinate with project teams for timely estimation activities.
• Provide commercial support throughout project execution.

Job Description

MNC Engineering LLC is looking for an experienced Senior MEP Estimation / QS Engineer to join its team in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in MEP estimation, quantity surveying, and tendering who are capable of delivering accurate cost estimates and supporting successful project execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing quantity take-offs, evaluating project costs, managing tender submissions, and monitoring project budgets while working closely with internal teams and subcontractors. Candidates who are available for immediate joining will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and tender submissions.
• Review tender documents, engineering drawings, and perform detailed rate analyses.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations, payment applications, variation orders (VOs), and claims.
• Monitor project budgets, material costs, and maintain estimation databases.
• Support project cost planning and ensure accurate project pricing.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely and accurate estimation activities.
• Maintain cost records and provide commercial support throughout project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years of MEP Estimation or Quantity Surveying experience within the UAE/GCC.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and electrical systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and Estimation/QS software such as PlanSwift, CostX, or equivalent.
• UAE Driving License is an added advantage.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
