Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering with a focus on MEP design and analysis.
- Professional engineering license or certification, such as LEED AP, indicating sustainable design expertise.
- At least 5 years of hands-on MEP engineering experience in commercial and residential projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD MEP, Revit MEP, and BIM technologies for project development.
Responsibilities
- Design and analyze MEP systems ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with architects and other engineering disciplines to integrate MEP systems into building designs.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to verify installation and performance of MEP systems.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, specifications, and documentation for MEP systems.
