Job summary
Abaj Contracting LLC seeks an experienced MEP engineer to design and analyze mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for both commercial and residential projects in Dubai. You will coordinate with architects and other disciplines to ensure seamless integration, while prioritizing energy efficiency and sustainable performance.
The role requires a Bachelor's in MEP engineering, a professional license or LEED AP, and at least 5 years of hands-on experience with AutoCAD MEP, Revit MEP, and BIM
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering with a focus on MEP design and analysis.
- Professional engineering license or LEED AP certification indicating sustainable design expertise.
- At least 5 years of hands-on MEP engineering experience in commercial and residential projects.
Responsibilities
- Design and analyze MEP systems in compliance with local codes, optimizing energy efficiency and building performance.
- Collaborate with architects and other engineering disciplines to integrate MEP into overall designs, focusing on functionality and aesthetics.
- Conduct site inspections to verify installation and performance, ensuring conformance to design specs and quality standards.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, specifications, and documentation to facilitate clear stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
