Job summary

Undisclosed in Abu Dhabi, UAE, is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to oversee large-scale building and MEP construction projects. The ideal candidate has 10–15 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

You will lead planning, coordination, procurement, and stakeholder management, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and oversee testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large-scale MEP construction projects.
• Strong ability to plan, coordinate and monitor schedules, budgets and resources.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all MEP construction activities (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting).
• Plan, coordinate and monitor project schedules, budgets, resources and deliverables.
• Ensure MEP works comply with drawings, specs, quality standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors and subcontractors.
• Manage procurement, material requirements, subcontractor performance and resources.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, resolve issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure health, safety and environmental compliance across activities.
• Lead project teams, run progress meetings and provide status reports.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, inspections and handover of MEP systems.
