Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai is seeking an experienced MEP Technical Supervisor to join our Technical Services team. You will plan, coordinate, and oversee maintenance, repairs, and service jobs on-site, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of MEP supervisory experience in the UAE, strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, and good English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years MEP supervisory experience, UAE preferred.
• Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and MEP maintenance.
• Strong English communication, organization and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule maintenance, repair and service jobs.
• Coordinate technicians, site requirements and ensure quality standards.
• Manage site visits and inspections and prepare detailed reports.
• Provide technical guidance and ensure tools and materials availability.
• Prepare and review service reports and job cards.
• Handle emergency breakdowns and ensure safety compliance.
• Coordinate with clients regarding complaints and requirements.
• Coordinate with operations, admin and accounts on quotations, invoices and expenses.
• Follow up with clients for payment collection and report status to accounts.
