Job summary

Azizi Group is seeking an experienced MEP Construction Manager to oversee on-site MEP activities for complex projects in Dubai. You will plan, coordinate with civil, architectural and structural teams, review IFC/shop drawings, supervise site execution, ensure quality, safety, and timely handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Minimum 1015 years of experience in MEP construction with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience in high-rise, commercial, industrial or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems design, installation, testing and commissioning.
• Familiarity with codes and authority regulations (ASHRAE, NFPA, DEWA, ADDC).

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and manage MEP works across all project phases.
• Coordinate with civil, architectural and structural teams for seamless MEP integration.
• Review MEP drawings, IFC drawings, shop drawings and specifications.
• Lead the MEP site team, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely completion.
• Monitor daily MEP site activities against the schedule and ensure testing and commissioning.
• Oversee pre-commissioning, commissioning, and handover activities; prepare as-built drawings.
