Job summary

Azizi Group in Dubai seeks an experienced MEP BIM Coordinator to manage BIM processes across the design and construction stages. You will coordinate with architectural, structural, interior, landscape, and MEP teams to deliver accurate models, approvals, and constructible deliverables.

The role requires close collaboration with project managers, BIM authors, and stakeholders to ensure consistency, standard compliance, and timely information sharing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 68 years of experience in MEP design and BIM coordination.
• Proven experience in BIM coordination for medium to large-scale projects.
• Strong background in multidisciplinary coordination (Architectural Structural Interior Landscape MEP).

Responsibilities

• Managing and coordinating the digital processes associated with the design and construction stages of a project.
• Ensuring all stakeholders have access to accurate and up-to-date information.
• Coordinating with project managers and BIM authors to implement BIM execution plans.
• Developing and implementing BIM execution plans to manage information flow.
• Ensuring drawings/models comply with local authority requirements and standards.
• Resubmitting drawings/models based on engineers' comments.
• Verifying IFC designs for GFC drawings and raising discrepancies.
