Job summary

Swissôtel Al Murooj Dubai is seeking a qualified Mechanical Engineering supervisor to oversee daily operations across HVAC, pumps, boilers and water systems in a luxury hotel environment. You will lead the mechanical engineering team, plan preventive maintenance, review logs and budgets, and ensure safety, quality and energy efficiency standards are met.

During this role you will collaborate with Housekeeping, Front Office and other departments to maintain guest comfort and operational

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a mechanical supervisor or equivalent supervisory role within hospitality, commercial, or industrial facilities.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, pumps, boilers, chillers, water systems and energy conservation.
• Proficiency in CMMS/work order systems; excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the operation, maintenance and repair of all mechanical equipment and systems throughout the hotel, including HVAC, chillers, boilers, pumps and water systems.
• Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance, supervise the team, allocate duties and ensure safety, quality and efficiency.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operational flow; maintain accurate maintenance records and budgets.
